• Gift Cards can take up to 24 hours to be activated and sent.
• Please check your junk or spam folder and contact us if you still haven't received your gift card within 24 hours.
• All transactions for gift cards are final so please choose carefully as gift cards cannot be cancelled, swapped or refunded.
• Only Australian issued credit cards will be accepted.
• Customer credit cards that are processed without 2 factor authentication can experience an ID request to verify they own, or are authorised to use, the credit card being used for payment.
• Gift cards issued are explicitly for use in Australia only.
• Maximum of 10 transactions or a total of $1,000 per day.

• E-Gift Cards are sent in an email
• E-Gift cards issued in Australian dollars are redeemable in Australian stores and on the Australian website
• They are not redeemable for cash or travellers cheques
• No change will be given for a purchase made with a E-Gift Card
• The E-Gift Card expires thirty six months from the date of purchase
• Cards issued prior to the 31st March 2018 will expire twelve months after date of issue. E-Gift are partially redeemable and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.
