- Vouchers are unable to be returned, revalidated or refunded.
- Vouchers have an expiry date and must be used on or before this date.
- Expired vouchers will not be extended.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor upgraded to an alternate

- Vouchers are valid for programmes marked “No Free List"
- Not valid for sessions marked as Special Events. A surcharge will apply for 3D films
