Create a UPark Plus member account through our online portal.
Already a UPark Plus account holder?
Select 'yes' when asked if you have an existing UPark Plus account. Make sure you use the same email address linked to your current UPark Plus account. It may take up to 5 days to activate.
About UPark Plus
Your personal UPark Plus account gives you access to ten UParks across the city for convenient parking. Simply drive in and park, no need to push buttons or handle tickets and no more queuing at the pay station.
1. To access the Member Benefit the Member must complete and submit the relevant form available on the RAA website via the RAA Member login.
2. Following completion of the form, Members will receive a link to activate their UPark Plus account. They must successfully activate their UPark Plus account to receive the Member Benefit.
3. Upon successful activation, the Member will be sent a UPark Plus car park access card. The Member can have only one UPark Plus card per account.
4. The UPark Plus cark park access card must be used at UPark car parks to receive the Member Benefit.
5. When the Member completes the parking event, the discounted fee will be debited to the credit card linked during the activation of their UPark Plus account. The Member Benefit is applicable on casual drive-in parking only.
