• Gift Cards can take up to 24 hours to be activated and sent.
• Please check your junk or spam folder and contact us if you still haven't received your gift card within 24 hours.
• All transactions for gift cards are final so please choose carefully as gift cards cannot be cancelled, swapped or refunded.
• Only Australian issued credit cards will be accepted.
• Customer credit cards that are processed without 2 factor authentication can experience an ID request to verify they own, or are authorised to use, the credit card being used for payment.
• Gift cards issued are explicitly for use in Australia only.
• Maximum of 10 transactions or a total of $1,000 per day.
