If the cancellation occurs after final payment date and 14 days prior to sailing date, the guest can receive a Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) equal to the amount of the cruise cancellation fee upon request. The FCC is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The FCC can only be used towards the payment of the cruise fare on bookings with P&O Cruises Australia. It can be applied to multiple bookings. Any unused FCC amount will expire after 31 December 2021 or 30 September 2022, depending on when the FCC was issued.
