Which level of Road Service?

If your vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside but can be repaired by a mechanic within 48 hours, we’ll contribute to the cost of:

• Up to 2 nights’ accommodation and car hire while your vehicle’s being repaired locally (up to $150 a night for accommodation and $130 a day for car hire), or
• Up to 2 nights’ accommodation while your caravan is being repaired (up to $150 a night)

If your vehicle can’t be repaired within 48 hours, you can choose one of the following options:

• Up to 5 nights’ accommodation and car hire while your vehicle’s being repaired locally (up to $150 a night for accommodation and $130 a day for car hire)
• Up to 7 days’ car hire to travel home or to your destination while your vehicle’s being repaired locally (up to $130 a day)
• Up to $800 in airfares, or the cost of bus fares, to get you home or to your destination while your vehicle is being repaired locally, or
• If you don’t want your car repaired locally, we’ll cover the cost of getting it back home or to your destination. We’ll also help cover the cost of getting you, your passengers and any domestic pets there too. Plus, we’ll contribute $500 to help transport any caravan or trailer you were towing.

You’ll also get up to 2 nights’ accommodation and car hire if your vehicle is stolen or in a crash (up to $150 a night for accommodation and $130 a day for car hire).

If your vehicle can’t be repaired within 48 hours, you can choose one of the following options:

• Up to 3 nights’ accommodation and car hire while your vehicle’s being repaired locally (up to $130 a night for accommodation and $110 a day for car hire)
• Up to 5 days’ car hire to travel home or to your destination while your vehicle’s being repaired locally (up to $110 a day)
• Up to $400 in airfares, or the cost of bus fares, to get you home or to your destination while your vehicle is being repaired locally, or
• If you don’t want your car repaired locally, we’ll cover the cost of getting it back home or to your destination. We’ll also help cover the cost of getting you and your passengers there too.
