*Trev's Locker Room at PAFC x RAA Member Recognition Round Competition – Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form a part of the competition terms and conditions of entry (Terms and Conditions).
2. Entry into this Trev's Locker Room at PAFC x RAA Member Recognition Round (Competition) is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promotor is Royal Automobile Association of South Australia Limited ACN 677 371 274, of 101 Richmond Road, Mile End SA 5031, ABN 90 020 001 807 and available by phone on (08) 8202 4600 (RAA or Promoter).
4. All employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother or stepsister.
5. The Competition commences at 6.00pm ACST on Friday 8 May 2026 and closes at 7.40pm ACST on Friday 8 May 2026 or until the allocation of entries is exhausted, limited to 309 valid entries (Promotion Period). The Promotion Period may be postponed by way of notice on RAA’s website in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of RAA’s control, subject to relevant regulatory approval.
6. To be eligible to enter the Competition, entrants must:
a. be 18 years of age and over;
b. be a member of RAA and present their membership (physical or electronic) at the time of entry;
c. be a resident of South Australia; and
d. select a ‘prize ball’ from the capsule vending machine at the RAA Lounge in the William Magarey Room at Adelaide Oval (War Memorial Drive, North Adelaide SA 5006) on Friday 8 May 2026 between 6.00pm until 7.40pm or until the allocation of entries are exhausted.
7. Only one valid entry per person.
8. Membership must be electronically captured on the day by RAA staff at ’Trev’s Locker Room’ for eligibility.
9. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or received after the Promotion Period ends will not be considered. Incomplete, fraudulent or incomprehensible entries will be disregarded. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
10. The Promoter collects personal information from each entrant in order to conduct the prize draw. Entry into the Competition is conditional on the person providing sufficient information to confirm their status as an RAA member which may include, but is not limited to, their membership number, name, phone number, postal address and email address. The Promoter will keep records of all entries in accordance with Schedule 11 of the Lotteries Regulations 2021.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
13. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
14. If the Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify the entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who engages in any act or omission which in the opinion of the Promoter may be considered immoral, deceptive, scandalous or in contrast to acceptable standards of social behaviour.
16. The prize draw consists of the following 309 prizes (valued at a total of $11,840):
a. 3 x Port Adelaide Football Club signed 2026 team guernseys valued at $1,250 each.
b. 2 x Port Adelaide Football Club signed 2026 team football valued at $700 each.
c. 4 x RAA Travel vouchers valued at $250 each.
d. 50 x plush toys valued at $19.95 each.
e. 50 x Port Store vouchers valued at $20 each.
f. 50 x RAA mini footballs valued at $11.25 each.
g. 50x Drakes vouchers valued at $20 each.
h. 50x RAA Footy Packs including RAA blanket, RAA cooler bag, RAA poncho, Trev keyring, Trev magnet and tote bag valued at $22.60 each.
i. 50x Drakes vouchers valued at $20 each.
17. The prize values are in Australian dollars. The total prize pool is valued at $11,840.
18. The prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or taken for cash and will expire on the date listed on each respective prize (as applicable). Any lost or expired vouchers or gift cards (as applicable) will not be replaced by RAA.
19. Each prize is subject to any terms and conditions and availability imposed by the relevant provider, including any third-party supplier/operator of the prize. Refer to the relevant provider’s website for terms and conditions.
20. A prize draw will occur on Friday 8 May 2026 between 6.00pm until 7.40pm ACST, or until the allocation of entries is exhausted, through a process of the entrant randomly selecting a ‘prize ball’ from the capsule vending machine at the RAA Lounge in the William Magarey Room at Adelaide Oval. The ‘prize ball’ will reveal a prize to be redeemed from the prize collection point.
21. The Competition will take place at Adelaide Oval (War Memorial Dr, North Adelaide SA 5006) in the William Magarey Room.
22. The prize winner will be notified immediately following their participation in the draw, subject to validation of their RAA member status.
23. If any prize is left unclaimed 2 months after the date of the prize draw, the Promoter will conduct a redraw within 120 days of the original drawing at 10:00am ACST on Friday 4 September 2026 at 101 Richmond Road, Mile End SA 5031. If applicable, the winner will be notified in writing within 7 days.
24. The initial, surname and postcode of each winner will be published on www.raa.com.au/competitions within 30 days of the draw, except for any winner who has requested that their name and postcode not be so published.
25. The winner agrees to be available for publicity opportunities at the reasonable request of the Promoter for a period of three months after collection of the prize.
26. The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles, and will deal with personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. By entering into the Competition you acknowledge that the Promoter may use the personal information you provide to conduct the Competition and you agree to be bound by the Promoter’s privacy policy. 27. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible or liable for:
a. the prize winner’s failure to update the contact information associated with his or her RAA membership;
b. inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
c. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent or submitted other than as directed in these Terms and Conditions;
d. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
e. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
f. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Competition;
g. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Competition;
h. any loss suffered or sustained, to any person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and where applicable to any family members/persons accompanying a winner.
