About Imperial Measures

Imperial Measures Distilling was established in 2014 with a single gin, Ounce Gin 'Signature', which has since expanded to 5 gins, and a range of liqueurs, aperitifs and vermouths. We are now also well-known for our mouth-watering burgers that have created their own cult following.
