Terms and Conditions for RAA City-Bay Fun Run Offer 2025
1. General Conditions
1.1. Offer Applicability: This offer is exclusively available to current RAA members.
1.2. Membership Verification: Eligibility for the offer will be determined based on active RAA membership at the time of entry.
1.3. Single Entry Per Member: Each eligible RAA member is entitled to one (1) entry into the City-Bay Fun Run under this offer.
1.4. Event Exclusion: The offer does not apply to the 3km event of the City-Bay Fun Run. It is only valid for other event distances such as the 6km, 12km & Half Marathon races.
2. Offer Duration
2.1. Offer Period: Duration from Saturday 7th June until 11:59 AM on Sunday August 31st, 2025
2.2. End of Offer: Entries or claims received after the specified offer period will not be accepted, and no exceptions will be made.
3. Entry Conditions
3.1. Entry Process: RAA members must register for the City-Bay Fun Run through the official City-Bay website www.city-bay.org.au and select the RAA offer option.
3.2. Verification of Membership: Members MUST provide their RAA membership number during the registration process for validation.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
4.1. Non-Transferable: This offer is not transferable to any other person, including non-RAA members or family members.
4.2. No Cash Alternative: The offer is not redeemable for cash, nor can it be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
4.3. Offer Limitation: The offer cannot be applied retroactively to entries made prior to the offer period.
5. Cancellation and Changes
5.1. Event Changes: City-Bay Fun Run Committee Inc. and RAA reserves the right to cancel or alter the terms of this offer at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Participant Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the participant to check for any changes to the offer terms and conditions.
6. Liability
6.1. Event Participation: Participation in the City-Bay Fun Run is at the sole risk of the participant. RAA shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
6.2. Offer Liability: City-Bay & RAA will not be held responsible for any system errors, interruptions, or failures that may affect the participant’s ability to take advantage of this offer.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Data Collection: Personal information collected in relation to this offer will be handled in accordance with City-Bay & RAA’s privacy policy.
7.2. Use of Information: Information may be used for the purpose of administering the offer and verifying membership status.
8. Governing Law
8.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
