Terms and Conditions – RAA Member Offer for the 2026 City-Bay Fun Run
1. Promoter
This offer is conducted by City-Bay Fun Run Committee Incorporated (“City-Bay”) in partnership with the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia Incorporated (“RAA”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 This offer is available exclusively to current and valid RAA members.
2.2 To be eligible, participants must hold an active RAA membership at the time of registration and throughout the promotional period.
2.3 Limit of one (1) entry per eligible RAA member under this offer.
2.4 This offer is not valid for the 3km City-Bay event and applies only to eligible event categories including the 6km, 12km and Half Marathon events (adult entry only).
3. Promotional Period
3.1 The promotional offer commences at 12:00am (ACST) on Wednesday, 3 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (ACST) on Wednesday, 2 September 2026.
3.2 Registrations submitted outside the promotional period will not be eligible for this offer.
4. Registration Requirements
4.1 Eligible participants must register through the official City-Bay Fun Run website at www.city-bay.org.au.
4.2 Participants must select the applicable RAA member offer during registration and provide a valid RAA membership number for verification purposes. The promotional offer must be applied at the time of registration. City-Bay is unable to apply, alter, refund, or add the discount retrospectively if the promotional number or applicable offer has not been selected during the registration process.
4.3 City-Bay and RAA reserve the right to verify membership eligibility and refuse or cancel registrations where membership details are invalid, expired or cannot be verified.
5. Offer Conditions
5.1 This offer is non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible RAA member named in the registration.
5.2 The offer is not redeemable for cash, credit or any other benefit.
5.3 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, promotional code or special offer unless otherwise stated.
5.4 The offer is not retrospective and cannot be applied to registrations completed prior to the commencement of the promotional period.
6. Event Changes and Cancellation
6.1 City-Bay and RAA reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel this offer at any time where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
6.2 City-Bay reserves the right to alter event dates, distances, formats or conditions in accordance with operational, safety or regulatory requirements.
6.3 Participants are responsible for reviewing the current Terms and Conditions and event information available on the City-Bay website.
7. Liability and Risk
7.1 Participation in the City-Bay Fun Run is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, City-Bay and RAA exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered or incurred in connection with this offer or participation in the event.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.4 City-Bay and RAA are not responsible for technical malfunctions, website outages, communication failures or other circumstances that may affect a participant’s ability to register or access the offer.
8. Privacy
8.1 Personal information collected in connection with this offer will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of City-Bay and RAA.
8.2 Information provided by participants may be used for the administration of the offer, event registration, membership verification and related communications.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
9.2 Any disputes arising in connection with this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
